Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 good size mandarin or 2 small cuties (or 1/2 – 3/4 cup fresh berries)
- handful spinach
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds) or 3 Tbsp hemp protein powder
- 1/2 cup purified water + more as needed
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
Place peeled banana, mandarins, spinach, hemp protein, water, and ice cubes into the blender cup and process until blended and smooth, about 1 minute.
