INGREDIENTS
425ml of unsweetened almond milk
1 large frozen banana
3-4 medjool dates
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp of cocunut or nut butter (you can use peanut butter)
1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon (optional)
1/4 tsp of fine sea salt
4 ice cubes
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend on high until super-smooth.
